Choosing
Which service do you actually need?
Do I need a full detail or just a wash?
A wash removes what is sitting on top of the paint. A detail removes what has bonded into it: iron fallout, tar, sap and the film that builds in Houston humidity, and it covers the interior as well. If the car looks clean after a wash but dull in direct sunlight, that is the difference.
What is the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating?
Paint correction removes defects. A ceramic coating protects against new ones. Correction machine-polishes swirls, light scratches and oxidation out of the clear coat, and a coating then seals that finish so it stays easier to clean. Correction comes first, because a coating locks in whatever is underneath it.
Why is the price based on vehicle size?
Because a larger vehicle takes longer and uses more product, and nothing else about the job changes. A three-row van has more glass, more carpet and more panel than a coupe. Distance is not part of the price, so the same detail costs the same in Katy as it does in the Heights.
Which package should I book?
If the inside is what bothers you, the $149 Interior Special is a flat price whatever you drive. If the car needs both, the Basic Detail Package covers inside and out and runs 1-2 hrs. The Premium Detail Package swaps the vacuum and wipe for a full interior deep clean and adds an exterior hand wax and a weather-proof finish, over 3-5 hrs.
